The production process carried out in the electroplating workshop can be divided into three parts, namely, pre-plating surface treatment, electroplating treatment and post-plating treatment.
Electroplating process: Electroplating or pretreatment equipment generally refers to the above-mentioned production equipment that directly processes parts.
The main processes of surface treatment before plating include polishing, polishing, brushing, rolling, sand blasting, oil removal, rust removal, corrosion, neutralization and cleaning. According to the material, shape, surface condition and processing requirements of the parts, select the appropriate steps to carry out the necessary finishing work on the surface of the parts, so that the parts have a smooth and smooth surface, which is an important part of whether to obtain high-quality coating. In the ruthenium plating process, the main equipment used is grinding, polishing machine, brushing machine, sand blasting machine, rolling machine and various fixing grooves. Electroplating is the main process throughout the production process. According to the requirements of the parts, some or one single metal or alloy plating process is selected for the electroplating or immersion plating of the parts to achieve the purpose of corrosion resistance, wear resistance and aesthetics. The equipment used in the electroplating process mainly includes various types of fixing grooves, barrel plating tanks, hangers, hanging baskets and the like. After plating, the parts are polished, lighted, passivated, colored, dried, sealed, deaminated, etc. One or several processes are selected as needed to meet the quality requirements of the parts. Commonly used equipment for post-plating treatment mainly includes grinding and polishing machines, various fixed grooves and the like.
